Terms

Minimum Order Requirements
- Opening order minimum: $1500
- Reorder minimum: $500

Wholesale Pricing
- Standard wholesale discount is 50% off MSRP
- Prices are subject to change; current pricing will be confirmed at the time of ordering

Payment Terms
- Payment is due in full at the time of order.
- Accepted payment methods: credit card, PayPal, or ACH

Production and Lead Time
- Processing time for Ready to Ship items is 5 days.
- Processing and production time for Made To Order is 2-4 weeks from order confirmation.
- Rush orders may be available for an additional fee upon request

Shipping
- Orders ship from Edmonds, WA
- Shipping fees will be added to your invoice or calculated at checkout
- Aster Fine Jewelry is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit
- Insurance is available upon request

Backorders
- If an item is out of stock, you will be notified
- You may choose to wait, substitute, or remove the item from your order

Product and Display

- These natural variations are part of the charm and uniqueness of our work
- Wholesale orders come with basic eco-friendly packaging
- Branded retail packaging is available upon request
- Product descriptions, signage, and photography can be provided upon request for visual merchandising
- All Aster Fine Jewelry branding, product images, and marketing assets remain the property of Aster Fine Jewelry and may not be altered without permission

MSRP & Retail

- Retailers must agree to sell products at or above the suggested MSRP
- Discounting below MSRP is not permitted without written approval
- You may not sell Aster Fine Jewelry on third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, Etsy, or eBay without express permission

Exclusivity

- Aster Fine Jewelry does not offer automatic territorial exclusivity
- Exclusivity may be negotiated and granted in writing on a case-by-case basis

Returns & Exchanges

- All damages or defects must be reported within 5 days of delivery
- Photo documentation of damaged items is required
- Approved defective items will be replaced, repaired, or refunded at our discretion
- We do not accept returns on wholesale orders unless the item is defective or damaged
