Shipping

  1. Ready-made items ship within 2 business days.
  2. Made-to-order items differ on shipping times. Check the listing of your purchase for the appropriate shipping times.
  3. Domestic shipping is always sent via USPS First Class Mail and always insured.

 Combined Shipping

  1. If you place multiple orders within 24 hours, we’ll package and ship them together unless you tell us otherwise at checkout.
  2. You’ll get a refund for any extra postage once your package ships.

      

    Ring Resizing

    By choosing to resize a ring that you purchase, you agree to the following:

    • A 10 day production time will be added to your timeline before your order is shipped.
    • Rings will be made to the size requested. Changes requested after delivery will be charged at an hourly rate of $40/hr. A Scope of Work showing expected work time will be presented before the work is agreed on. 
    • Shipping to and from Aster Fine Jewelry on change orders will be the responsibility of the customer.
    • Resizing rings adds an additional cost to your jewelry. Please see the specific resize selections for the total cost of your order including your resize.

     

    Returns

    1. Currently, we accept product returns for store credit only. All purchases are non-refundable.
    2. If you’re unhappy with your purchase or it arrives damaged, let us know within a week of receiving your item(s).
    3. Use the contact page for any questions or issues.
